✅ Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  1. Pre-Development Stage:
    If the project has not yet begun or no deliverables have been shared, a full refund will be issued.
  2. Post-Delivery (Within 14 Days):
    If you’re unsatisfied with the final product and inform us within 14 days of delivery, we’ll process a 100% refund.
  3. Non-Delivery of Service:
    If you made payment and did not receive service within the promised timeframe, you’re eligible for a full refund.
  4. Bug or Quality Issues:
    If significant technical issues are found in the deliverables that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the severity.

❌ Non-Refundable Scenarios

While we strive to be generous, refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work completed as per scope and approved by client
  • Delays caused by client unresponsiveness or incomplete inputs
  • Requests made after 14 days of project delivery
  • Third-party tool/plugin costs or subscriptions
  • Domain name and hosting purchases

  • You may cancel your project at any time before final delivery.
  • If you cancel after partial completion, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the work done.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering (before work starts) are eligible for full refund.

🕑 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and will be returned via the original method of payment. We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been initiated.


🧾 Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage open communication. If you’re unhappy, please contact us first so we can resolve it amicably.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay your refund and affect future service eligibility.
